金昌海,男,扬州大学食品科学与工程永利402官方网站登录教授,博士生导师,曾留学日本获得硕士和博士学位。兼任中国农业工程学会农产品加工与贮藏分会常务理事、江苏省食品科学与技术学会常务理事、《食品科学》、《食品研究与开发》和《扬州大学学报(农业与生命科学版)》杂志编委。主要从事植物功能活性组分与肠道菌群、农产品加工与资源综合利用等方面的研究。先后主持承担国家和部省级科研项目20余项,获江苏省科技进步二等奖2项,在国内外重要刊物发表学术论文40余篇,主编出版教材9部。主讲本科生《农产品贮藏学》、硕士研究生《食品保藏技术研究进展》、《食品加工高新技术》等课程。
