Chen Honghua, female, born in 1970, social worker of 1993, bachelor's degree, master's degree in Cooking and Teaching Theory, associate professor. Gastronomy senior technician, registered Chinese cuisine master, Jiangsu cuisine master, famous chef of Huaiyang cuisine, national professional skill appraisal noodle professional senior examiners, once participated in Malaysia Chinese cuisine world competition and won the team gold award, noodle silver award and hot dish silver award.

She was mainly engaged in the research on the craft direction of flour points, and taught courses such as west point craft, basic skills training of flour points, technology of flour points, famous Chinese spot and appreciation of flour points. I won the excellent class teaching quality award of Yangzhou University and the school of tourism and cooking for four times.

It has hosted two items of school level teaching reform, one item of textbook fund, three items of school level teaching reform, one horizontal topic.
