Training objectives

The program aims to culture high-level composite specialists who master the solid basic theories and basic skills of the subject, understand the national and international progress and dynamics of the subject and the research direction, systematically understand the scientific research process, and are capable of performing independent research, teaching or food testing and analysis. To cultivate the needs of China's modernization drive, the students must master the systematic theoretical knowledge and basic experimental skills of food science and engineering, have broad and solid foundations and experimental operation techniques, and understand the historical and current situation of the subject and the latest academic developments. Proficiency in using a foreign language reading professional book and has a good listening, speaking and scientific paper writing ability by using a foreign language. Be competent for relative scientific research, teaching work or business management and technical management of the subject, have a healthy mind and body, innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability, possess high-level specialized personnel with comprehensive development in moral, intellectual and physical development.
